Introduction
The Tran & Nemes Law Firm is committed to find solutions to issues arising in all aspects of everyday life.
The members of the Firm are young and dynamic attorrneys – however, they keep up to the standards of traditional professional values. While involved in several high profile criminal cases of public interest, their practice is not limited to criminal law, but includes real estate transactions, succession and inheritance cases, injuries, damages, family law disputes and generally all litigious and non-litigious matters in civil law.
The members of the Tran & Nemes Law Firm are not limited to the practical side of the law but are also involved in academic work as lecturers of the Criminal Law and Criminology Departments of the Eötvös Loránd University’s Faculty of Law.

Experience, professional activities:
Graduated as a jurist from the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church, Faculty of Law with a “cum laude” degree. She has previous professional experience from the Budapest Chief Prosecutor’s Office and Stefáni and Partners Law Office. Dr. Varga spent her junior associate years at Szkalka Law Firm and in the practice of Dr. Gábor H. Kiss attorney. In 2018 she won the Moot court organized by the Budapest Bar Association. Currently she is participating in the family law postgraduate training at the ELTE Institute for Postgraduate Legal Studies.

Besides providing package solutions in data protection and data security, SimpLEGAL also counsels companies in a wide range of IT and technology projects, provides day-to-day legal advice concerning data localization and sectoral data security requirements, e-commerce, consumer protection and other civil law matters (especially clients in the IT, technology, finance, health, pharma, telco, retail, production and the fashion sectors).

Professional activity and experience:
Róbert Tran graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University. He was a member of the Bibó István Szakkollégium of ELTE. At the XXXIV National Student Academic Conference he was awarded first prize in Civil Law I. After law school, he worked in the banking and finance law group of an international law firm as a trainee and later as an attorney, where he mainly dealt with domestic and cross-border real estate finance and acquisition finance transactions, financial services regulatory issues and corporate reorganisations.
